Hazel Grove building company, Swift, has extended its business offering with the launch of Swift Conservatory Roofs.
On the back of continued growth and recognising a gap in the market, Swift has established its credentials as a leading garden room and bespoke commercial building specialist.
Company founder, Martin Lawson, identified an issue around inconsistent temperatures in conservatories, relegating them to seasonal use despite the often significant investment made by consumers wanting to enjoy additional space in their homes.
With a proven track record of developing luxury, purpose built garden rooms as well as bespoke commercial buildings, the Swift umbrella brand has been operating across the UK since 2009.
Commenting on the new arm of the business, Martin said: "By constructing a complete internal ceiling, we can ensure conservatory owners enjoy their room all year round by assisting in regulating the temperature while conserving energy to reduce fuel costs.
"Our team of experts use air-cavity insulation and a robust building process to improve thermal levels and reduce u-values. So many people only use a conservatory for part of the year which seems a waste of valuable space."
Swift, with a head office in Hazel Grove, has been shortlisted for a Quality in Buildings accolade.
